I am creating a survey that asks a number of multiple choice questions. If none of the multiple choice questions are correct i want the user to select an other option and then be able to type exactly what they think the answer is. How do i do this?

Thanks for your question. This is possible with JotForm. Kindly click here to view a working sample of the Other option.
In order to accomplish this, use the check box field type for multiple choice questions. Then spread out the options horizontally using the Spread Columns button of your toolbar. Then shrink the check box field using the Shrink button also in your toolbar and insert a new text box field type as shown in the above sample form.
Please let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you for using JotForm!
