I cloned a from that was already going to one list.
Then I wanted to have the clone go to another list, but when I go to try an select a new list under intergrations/email it is grayed out and unselectable.
So then I went to mailchimp and created another api key and came back and put it.. but it was still grayed out.

Have you tried clearing your browsers cache? Please try to removed the integration first, do a clear cache on your browser and re-integrate your form. That might resolved the problem.
So far on my test, I cannot replicate the problem. I can pick another list on my cloned form.
