Why Photos are not transferred

    I have a form in which customers can upload photos.

    For a few weeks now, I see that always the second photo is not completely transferred. This is annoying because I need to contact the customer back via email.

    Could you help?

    We are really sorry to hear that. I cloned your form and tried to send a few sample pictures and checked my submissions, all of the pictures arrived completely so I then tried making a sample submission using your form with the same images that I sent on my cloned form but I wasn't able to reproduce the problem on my end. Have you tried making a sample submission using a different browser? Before testing that try to clear your browsers cache or you can try chromes incognito mode and see if you can reproduce the problem on your end. I have also cleared your form cache.     It worked three times, now, the error appears again.

    Hi Robert,

    We are really sorry for this inconvenience I can see that the submitted images is not correctly displaying and i'm not sure what's causing this problem probably images where not completely transfered. I will forward this to our dev team for further investigation. 

    While waiting can you please try using the multiple upload and see if importing the images reaches 100% then still getting this same result?
