Condition is not workingAsked by chet7patel on December 11, 2013 at 07:09 AM
I am having difficulty seting up conditions
Basically, I have a list of drop down boxes with the options below:
2) Healthcare Workers
Below this, I have a further 3 text boxes;
1) NMC Pin
2) Expiry Date
3) Part of Register.
In short, I would like to hide the 3 text boxes should the answer in the "drop-down" boxes is not "Nurses"
So, if appliacnt chooses Nurse, Only then, are the 3 further questions are to be answered.
For some reason this isn't working when I set-up the condition.
Thanks for contacting us. Upon checking your conditions, it seems that it is properly set. I can't see anything wrong with it yet your form does not work as it should in regards with the condition upon testing.
However, when I cloned your actual form, the condition works without adjusting anything. Here is my cloned version of your form:
I advise that you clone your existing form and before testing, please clear your browser's caches first and clear your form's caches. You may also clone mine by following this user guide How to clone forms from a webpage
Please let us know if the above suggestion does not work. Thank you
