    We apologize for this inconvenience. Upon checking your email address it is not in our bounce list. This should work fine. I have checked your notification setting in your form and what I found that is you left the "Sender Name" and did not set it. You should atleast set it to "Jotform"


    Whitelisting our email addresses and add it to your address book or spam filters should as well:
