I want all submitions to be sent to a spreadsheet instead of recieving it on my email address. would it be possible? I want to view all details submitted on a spreadsheet and everytime someone submits info it will be added again to the spreadsheet database.

Thanks for contacting us. Yes that is possible to do.
First you need to delete all Notification templates on the form. So go ahead and edit the form and navigate to "Setup & Embed" > "Email Alerts" and choose a Notification template
Then click the "Delete Email" button
Do that again for other Notification templates of the form if you have multiple Notifications.
In order to, receive entries on Spreadsheet only you have to use the Google Spreadsheet Integration. Please refer to this user guide on How to Integrate Form with Google Spreadhseet.
