How do I embed a form in an Adobe Muse site?

Asked by cynthialevesque on December 11, 2013 at 12:50 PM

I helped a friend build a MUSE website. I have a CONTACT form in there but it said I need to use your company to integrate the form. It is basically a form that the customer fills out with their name, email and phone number. When submitted it goes back to the website owner's email. URL below. Can you help? I AM SO CONFUSED. THANK YOU.

I could be wrong but I think they meant that you should create a new form in your JotForm form builder and then in the Muse website replace the current form's code with that of the JotForm form. Assuming that to be the case, this guide explains how to embed JotForm forms into such sites.

As far as getting the form's submissions to go to the website owner's email, you would need to change the recipient address in the the form's notification from the default (your email) to the website owner's.

Please see this guide for details.

Of course, if you need additional assistance with any of this or anything else JotForm related, please let us know. After all, we're here to allay your confusion :)
