I created a form and the calendar picture logo does not pop-up so you could choose a date like if i went to jotform's website (it workss at jotform's weblink). i embeded the html in my website. what is the problem?
In all likelihood there's a conflict of some sort between your web page's pre-existing jQuery scripts and the form's which is Prototype based. The problem is that both libraries use the $ symbol. Unless you need to use the form's full source code, substituting its iFrame equivalent should solve the problem:
