    Unable to use Jot form even after buying Paid subscription

    Attached below is the receipt of payment of yearly subscription of Jot forms. Then also, we are unable to use the form. It is not accepting any new entry. Please check and revert asap. Our Business is getting Hampered to this. Situations like this forces us to shift to other Form alternates, please ensure it doesn't happen in future.
