I want to make a customer satisfaction for after an installation or training provided by my company.
For legal issues I want the client to sign the form by using his personal signature.
Is this possible?

Unfortunately there is no digital signature feature available in JotForm
As a work around though what you can do is to create required checkbox that says "I accept the terms" or a small textbox where they are asked to enter their initials.
Another possible solution is to add a "Print Form" button to your form and then ask them to print, sign and fax the filled form. You can enable print form button by clicking on the Submit button and then selecting "Print Button" at the toolbar.

UPDATE: We have just released e-signature capturing for forms.
You can now add an e-signature question to your form and get your users to sign the forms they complete.
