Can I have a form output as a PDF

Hi

I would like to know if I can have a web form that has been completed, attached as a PDF document to an email notification?

This is different to the new JotForm PDF forms - as my web form is multiple choice and dropdown options and so I would like to know if when the form is completed and submitted, can the data that has been submitted be captured in PDF format please?
