I did not realize that I had submissions, until today, when I proceeded to revised my formPage URL:

Upon checking our mail server logs, I did not find any entry for any mail notifications sent to email@example.com. Did you just set up your notification email today? I really do not think that it has been there all along, seeing that you had 7 submissions in your form but did not get any notification mails at all.
Anyway, I checked our mail server logs again after testing your notfication mail and found this entry:
It means that the email was successfully sent from our servers to AOL's server. Can you confirm if you have received the message/s?
If yes, then that means your form's all set. There should be no problem receiving mails from now on every time there is a new submission in your contact form.
