Why don't my photos upload into AirTable?

We've had this AirTable database for a couple years and never resolved this issue.

I was led to believe that's possible.

Several Fields - including Resume, Driver's License Front, DL Back, Certificates (1st Aid), etc.

    Same with dates.....any ideas.

    It's our form: 1-Employee Application

    Thank you!

    Hi Ariel....something happened now.

What's great is that the jpgs come as an attachments, but the form is no longer a PDF.

    Anyway to fix that??

    Thanks again!

The form is no longer a PDF. — You have enabled PDF attachment in your notification and it sends a PDF copy of the form to your email.

Or do you want to receive an attachment to your Airtable in PDF format? It doesn't look like Airtable supports the feature of receiving PDF attachment.

You can receive attachment via File Upload field, but it doesn't capture the PDF attachment or summary of the form.
