Not sure what I did, but I can't seem to my access account from my desktop. I thought maybe it was a password issue, so I reset that., and restarted my computer. My jotform app on my mobile still works fine with my old password (and I logged out of that, in case that was the issue). The last thing I remember doing on my desktop was trying to open up a submission form and seeing something on the screen about permissions... wondering if I accidentally give permissions to another user? thanks for help

Since you have a HIPAA-enabled account, please log into your account using https://hipaa.jotform.com from an incognito web browser window.
I have additionally flushed the login attempts on your account.
