Form unavailable

Hello,

I just finished editing a form and published it. The link merely states the "Form is unavailable" and when I try to view the form in my Appvalley account, it Tweakbox also says the form is unavailable. Help?

You currently have no active forms on your account. Could you please check on your trash if you deleted it by mistake? Here's how to access your trash:

If you find it there, just select it and click on the Restore button on top, as shown in this image:
