grocery shopping form with payment information

We provide grocery shopping services.  We normally email our clients a pdf which they fill out and fax back to us.  I was considering using your forms to capture this information instead of faxing.  However, we do collect their credit card information in the form, so we can charge their card for the groceries and our service fee before deliver the groceries.

We can't use your current payment forms because we do not know the total charges in advance.  Is there another way to securely capture the credit cards so we can run them manually later?

    Hi kenanjones,

Unfortunately, the only way to capture credit card information is through one of our payment tools (i.e. Paypal, Google Checkout, 2CO, etc). Otherwise, such activity will be considered as phishing and violates the terms of use.

What I can suggest for now:

    a. use JotForm to get only your customer's basic information, i.e. name, email address, contact number, etc.

    b. if reasonable, insert a payment tool and enter all of the products for sale.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you for using JotForm!
