I previously wrote to JotForm that my forms were not being delivered and I was given a general response that some settigns had changed and that I needed to correct the form. Well as I thought, there is something more than that going on. After several years of having JotForm, and hundreds of submissions, I believe that I knew it was not the resposne that was given to me. Nonetheless I did what was mentioned but ofcourse it never resolved the issue. The forms are hanging under submission pending payment verification from PayPal eventhough the payment went through and I receive the payment email from PayPal but JotForm just hangs ALL the forms under pending.
Another issue is that all the names of my forms have been changed to e? What is going on? Are you being hacked?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Please be informed that we are already aware of this issue where all the forms are renamed as "e" and our developers are already working to fix this issue.
Let us first resolve you form title issue. I would request you to please start a separate thread for your PayPal pending payment issue to better track it.
