I’ve had a number of customers complain because the form takes to long to load or it never loads properly.

    I enjoy using jotform but I’ve had a number of customers complain because the form takes to long to load or it never loads properly. Any suggestions?

    I have tried 5 of your forms, but I'm unable to encounter any loading issues. If you are referring to a different form, please share the form URL here.

    If you are referring to this form https://www.jotform.com/form/202038341418144, it is expected due to that you have multiple widgets in your form. May I know if your users are viewing it using a direct form link or you have embedded it on a website?

    They were loading it from the link I sent them. Maybe I don’t understand how the widgets play into it. Is there something I can do better?

    As I understand from your last response you are sending this direct form link https://www.jotform.com/form/202038341418144 to your clients.

    Unfortunately, the form can get slow to load due to a large number of widgets added to the form. However, the form loaded in 10 - 15 seconds at my end.

    You could split the widgets/form into two separate forms, if that could work. I could not think of another option since you want to show the stock available too and deduct directly from that.

    For this flow, only such widgets and the product field can work.
