Some, but not all, of my forms also are titled 'e'.
Does each account need to tell you individually, or will you be making a universal fix that we should just wait for?
When my titles return to their correct title, can I consider my account ready for me to start making new forms / editing existing forms again?

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by this matter. Our developers are working hard to completely fix the issue. Yes, they are doing the fix to every user forms, reported or not.
Yes, you should be able to edit the form again once everything is all fixed. But for now, we'd suggest to please don't do anything to your forms that still has the letter E as the title.

We'll be checking your account every few minutes and notify you here if all forms are completely fixed. We'd also suggest doing the same, check it constantly.
