this is ridiculous - you keep asking me the same questions! the first name, last name and concierge questions/fields are showing up as they should be all the time, and can filled in, they are just not showing up on our email notification - we are not receiving the information! so we are not able to address the questions they may have.

First delete all email alerts and re-create them. Any missing fields should be included.
