Timer Widget Not Working

Hi. I have tried to use the Timer widget, but it is not working. It has no values.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi Gábor,

You have the Global Countdown and Timer Tracker widgets in your form. I tested both widgets and they are working fine. Please note that the Time Tracker will not be shown on the form. You can check the time taken to fill the form on the submissions page.

If you want to show the time on the form, use the Timer widget.

This is it exactly what I want! I'd like to know, how long did it take to fill the form. But if you check the responses, you will find, that that there is no data in the Timer column. If not there, where will I see the time?

I have checked your form, and I could see that the time is not saved, however, I could not replicate the error. Could you please try to remove the integration and add it again? If that doesn't work, you can use the Timer widget. You can hide this widget from the from in the widget settings.

Note that you will see a warning if you try to remove the widget from your form, however, since you don't have any submission data, you don't need to worry about it.

I deleted the object and added it again, as you suggested. Now it works fine.
