Can you please check if this email address is in the bounce list

Asked by fresurf on December 12, 2013 at 11:12 AM

Can you see if mathias.lyngmark@boliden.com is on your blocked list, and please remove him if that is the case.

It works to a lot of addresses on the same mail server, but just his stopped working a while ago.

We apologize for this inconvenience. Upon checking the email address, it is indeed in our bounce list with this error:

mathias.lyngmark@boliden.com is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'#5.1.0 Address rejected.'

I have now removed this email address from our bounce. It seems the address that our mail server is sending into is being rejected as a recipient. It could be a problem on the email address. However, I will advise that you test it again if it is working now upon removal from the bounce list.

Please let us know if this issue persists. Thank you

    Thank you!

    Now it works again!

I think the problem was that I in the past accidently had something like 4 rules to send email to him at the same time. Beginners error.
