Can you see if email@example.com is on your blocked list, and please remove him if that is the case.
It works to a lot of addresses on the same mail server, but just his stopped working a while ago.

We apologize for this inconvenience. Upon checking the email address, it is indeed in our bounce list with this error:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'#5.1.0 Address rejected.'
I have now removed this email address from our bounce. It seems the address that our mail server is sending into is being rejected as a recipient. It could be a problem on the email address. However, I will advise that you test it again if it is working now upon removal from the bounce list.

Now it works again!
I think the problem was that I in the past accidently had something like 4 rules to send email to him at the same time. Beginners error.
