How do I set up a notification email?

    When someone submits my form I would like to receive a notification email.  The "Email Alerts" on the form builder fulfills this requirement, but it won't send a notification to any email other than my gmail account.  I need it sent to a different email.  Any way to change this?

    You can accomplish what you need by changing the Recipient email on the Notifications of your form to the one where wish to receive the notifications: 

    You can follow the steps on this guide to know how to find the Recipient email of your notifications: Finding out E-mail Address used for submission notifications

    However, if it still goes to the default email address it is mots likely that you are using the Test Email button to test the notification. Test Email button will always use the dafaul email address only. So, make sure to test the form in real time.

    I hadn't tried a live test!  Email is sent no problem.
