Form Layout: Why the form layout is different when previewed?

I have created a form, however when I preview my form, the layout is different and some forms are missing? please help.

I assume you are referring to the product list in your form. I checked and could confirm that it is not showing when the form is previewed.

On further investigation, I figured that it is happening due to this condition:

The product list is set to be hidden until the quantity is greater than 1. Please disable this condition because the user cannot select the quantity until the product list is showing.

Thank you so much that fixed the problem. I’m just wondering if there’s any way I could prompt another “my products” section to pop up if my customers want to purchase more than one set— but in a different size. Hopefully this makes sense...

Unfortunately, it is not possible to create a new product section to pop-up if the user would like to buy the same product with different size.
