Unable to open form

Some people are unable to open the link as it is not working, but on the other hand is working for some people

Can you please let us know does this happens only on phone devices? Can you please let us know what form you have used? Also, can you please try to open the form while connected to a different network? Does the problem remain? Finally, how are you sharing your form? Is it opened from the integrated browser, as Messenger or Instagram have?
