Thank you for taking the time to resond to my message. I have a form http://form.jotform.co/form/33395299618873 that uses the paypal checkout system. When people try to use a credit card it does not process. On the client end it says cannot use this card at this time, on my end it shows up as a pending transaction. What am I doing wrong? How can I make this work? Thanks for your help.

Thank you for contacting us. Are you referring to credit card option on the paypal redirection page that allows users to process the payment? Unfortunately I wasn't able to test it on my end as I don't have a live credit card account, if you can reproduce the problem on your end using the credit card option can you please send us some sample screenshot showing of the error message, that would be a big help on us identifying the issue.
With regards to pending transaction that happens when a user was redirected to the paypal page for processing payment and was not able to complete the payment. You can see that under "Incomplete Payment". It will only be posted as a valid submission if the user successfully completed the transaction.
