All HTML boxes that contain "Commercial printing prices" are now blank

Asked by sunilv on December 13, 2013 at 02:34 PM

The HTML box that contains commercial printing prices on my form is now blank. The HTML box is still there but there is nothing in it.

I used a conditional to only show the HTML box when a check box was selected. The name of the HTML box is now missing from the contional format wizard too (see screenshot).

The odd thing is that the only boxes missing used to contain "Commercial printing prices".

Also, the "commercial printing prices" boxes are missing from all 4 of my forms:

    Golf 2013

    Golf 2014

    Walk 2013

    Walk 2014

Why would only the commercial printing prices HTML boxes be missing?

I did duplicate and edit the HTML box and the forms if that is a glue.

We are very sorry for the inconveniences caused. It looks like that there was a bug in one of our updates. We have reverted that commit.

The issue should be fixed unless you saved the 'broken' form in editor. Could you please re-check the form to see if it is fixed?

We are looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Hi Mike,
Thanks for your response. All my forms “Auto saved” while I had them open to try to figure out what was going on. All those fields are saved over.
Is there any way to revert my forms to how they appeared prior to the update?
    Thanks! Sunil

    @sunilv

Unfortunately, since your forms were saved while the issue was occuring the only way to retrieve the previous status of your form is to re-add the text that was removed during the issue was happening. We are truly sorry for the inconveniences this may have caused.

    Thanks

I can’t believe you guys don’t keep a backup copy of forms for just such an occurrence. This is going to be a real project for us to redo these forms. What’s to say it won’t happen again on a future update?
I also noticed that the word “print” has disappeared from various sections of a completely different form (see attached).

Yes, that's most unfortunate. Don't do anything yet though because tests I just ran in one of my own forms show that the words "print" and "script" (and any words containing those words like imprinted and description) can't be saved in text elements.

I have submitted tickets to get this issue resolved ASAP.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Yes. The words are back. Thank you.

However, is there a way to recover the HTML boxes I lost? (see Ist entry in this string).

    Hi,

Some of my forms seem to be OK now, but some still have text boxes missing. The specifc form is named "2014 Walk Project Planner"

Should I recreate the missing content or can this be recovered?

    Thanks! Sunil

No, unfortunately it can not be recovered, you must recreate the missing content.

But, as confirmed by our developers, the problem should be now fixed
