the url contains something about the app and sandbox
things used to work, didn't change anything on our end.
how to fix?

Please kindly login to your JotForm account, open the form on edit mode and save it (without doing anything else)

I think you need to use the secure jotform form URL. That could be the problem.
If the problem continues let us know the form URL you are using and how you are embedding it on Facebook.
