So I have uploaded the css, js and html file for my form, however I get an SSL error when I click submit, saying the page I am going to is not encrypted, how can I make it encrypted?

Thank you for contacting us. One reason would be your site is using an SSL or your site is force to load as SSL, in order to correct this you need to embed your form using an SSL. Please see this guide on how to embed your form using an SSL http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions. If embedding your form using an SSL does not work you can share your website address so we can further check.
Take note that if your account type is FREE you only have 10 SSL submission. What happens when you reached your 10 SSL submission? You will be get a notification saying that your form will be disabled. When will your form be active? Your form will only be active if 1. You have upgraded your account or 2. The submission counter has alread been reset. When does my counter resets? The counter resets every 1st of the month.
Don't hesitate to contact us if you have other questions.
