Upon checking your account, there is only one submission received on this account and it looks like a test submission.
There are however 5 pending payments on this form:
I believe you are not receiving payments in your PayPal account.
Here is how you can handle incomplete payments from your submission page: https://www.jotform.com/help/564-how-to-view-incomplete-payments-of-your-payment-forms
However, using the above guide you cannot receive payments. For that, you need to log into your PayPal account and resend the disabled payment submissions as explained here: https://www.jotform.com/help/272-paypal-incomplete-payments-faq
Please check and let us know.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have checked and I have confirmed that your form is integrated with the PayPal Standard payment field. However, this means that when someone attempts to submit your form and decides not to continue with the payment when redirected to PayPal, their submission will fall under the Incomplete or Pending Payments on the JotForm Tables.
I would suggest that you test your form on your end. You can try to process an actual submission to see how it works exactly. If you want you can also try setting up a PayPal Sandbox account to test the integration first.

Feel free to let us know if you need any further assistance.

Mike, The Paypal payment system went through and customers received confirmation emails. These are kind of custom orders and customers text and submissions related information is very critical. The submission data is not registered any where. It is not registered in jotform forms and also google sheets.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. May we know if your form is embedded on a website, please?
I have tested a cloned version of your form and I was not able to reproduce the issue you are reporting on the cloned version.
Note: The cloned version that I have tested has the same PayPal payment field but in Sandbox Mode.
Have you also received email notifications from the submissions made by form respondents?
Does it have the data from the PayPal payment field on your form?
We will wait for your response.
