Freezing Form

The form is probably taking time to load due to the huge number of conditions.

However, I tested this form at my end and could not see this message.

I have additionally cleared the form cache on your account.

Still no change. Do you have any ideas how can I shorten the conditions?

I was able to replicate the issue when I accessed the form.

I would recommend assigning the calculation values directly into each single choice option field you have in the form and just use form calculation widgets to calculate the total, but it seems you only assign values depending on the options selected.

I'm afraid there's no other way to shorten the conditions.
