Can one form remove submission in another form

At the moment I just want to know if this is possible or not.

I have Registration/Booking Forms and Cancellation Forms.
Is it possible to remove the whole Submission in the Registration/Booking Form by filling out and submitting a Cancellation Form.

At the moment, you can delete a single submission, all the submissions, or the submissions based on a filter.
