I have created a form where registration is done by the registration counter, the staff at the counter will enter the participant's seat no and the name of the participant will auto-populate and if there is no issue, the staff will submit the health declaration form for the participant.

However, there will be cases where the original participant is unable to come and there will be a replacement, the replacement participant will then inform the staff at the counter his/her name and contact number for the staff to enter the info into the form.

After the info are entered, the staff will click submit. However, after submission, the staff will forget to delete all the replacement info submitted, the counter staff will enter another particpant's info and submit. And the earlier replacement info will be updated at the backend.

E.g. When below replacement person's info are entered and submitted, registration staff will forget to delete these info after submission and these info will be updated at the backend table for all subsequent submission. Is there a way to auto-delete all these replacement info once submission is done? Thanks.

My understanding is that the previous data entered is being suggested by the browser as an option when trying to fill out the form again. Is that correct? If so, please try setting this option to NO:

In that way, the form will prevent any autofill options to the form.

Also, we suggest disabling the autofill feature in the browser itself. Depending on the browser being used, please refer to this guide: How-to-disable-the-form-autofill-feature-in-your-browser
