Hi I am trying to use collapse form - I end the section with another collapse for which is 'open' and 'hidden' but it effects other parts of the form

Hi I am trying to use collapse form - I start a section with collapse form (Closed and visible) and I end the section with another collapse form (open' and hidden) so as the rest of the form remains as required. It works well for that section but it effects other parts of the form by closing sections which should be open. Please help

    Kind Regards

    Hi Tony,

I apologize but I couldn't find a form collapse in any of your forms. Is the form that you're talking about in another account or did you remove the collapses in your forms?

In any case, it would really help us if we can visualize the problem that you are talking about. Please provide the account username if that particular form is in another account. If you removed the collapses, try bringing them back again, perhaps in a cloned form, so that we can inspect and come up with a solution.

    Hi Neil

Thanks for your answer. I removed them but have now put them back on in the PLATINUM DVD Order Form. If you go in to edit form you can see where they should be. Please help if you can?

    Kind Regards

    Tony

    Tony,

I see now what you mean with the form collapse problem. I have submitted a report ticket to inform our developers about the existence of this issue.  I have created a clone of that form on your account so feel free to remove the collapses in your original form. Just please leave the clone as it is, for our developers to inspect.

We will let you know how it goes as soon as our devs get their hands on this matter. Thank you for your patience.

I just created a form on Friday and tried to use the collapse form field option but having the same experience as Tony.  I will wait to see what the developers have changed before adding this to my forms.
