Is there a way to merge 2 or more forms?

I would like to create a series of "blocks" that I can use to create different forms. So, for example, I would have a form pre-set to gather personal information, another to gather business-related information, and another to gather content-related information. Then I could merge the blocks into a series of different forms and not have to recreate each one.

    Make sense? Is this possible?

There is no direct way to do merge/combine the 2 type of forms.

What can be done instead to speed up the process of creating identical/related forms, is by using the cloning method and creating a template form.

    Here are my suggested steps.

    1. Create the base form. Save the form as the template form.

    2. To create the new form, use clone procedure to duplicate the base template form. (guide: How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account)

    3. To speed up modification of the new form, use  How-to-Manage-Multiple-Fields , to add, delete, modify, reposition, update fields within the form by batch.

    4. Save the form

Repeat the process again for a new form.

Since the form always uses base tempalte, the forms created will have contend related information on them.

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.
