    Spirit of the Hills received a cancellation of our subscription of our Jotform.  Please confirm if you actually sent this email or is it spam.


    We do not wish to cancel our subscription, in fact we would like a one year subscription inlieu of a month to month.

    Your previous monthly Premium subscription was NOT renewed and had already expired.

    I confirm that the notification e-mail came from us.

    To renew your subscription, I suggest you take advantage of the New Year's Sale promo for the 1 year plan.
