' You're not authorized to use' error

    Something strange with this. We use API key with full access but sometimes it happens. We receive error  You're not authorized to use 'submission_id'.

    I have checked the submission you are trying to access, and it looks like it's not located on your account. Please make sure you create an API key from your account and make sure you add Full Access to the key.

    I'm sorry but the API only works on your account. You can't use them to capture submissions from other accounts.

    I tried to receive submission with another one API key, not from my account. When I use curl it works well. I can get submission. But sometimes when we get this from our application it returns error. Our key have full access

    Do you get the error every time you try it from your application? Is your application HIPAA compliant? The form ID belongs to an account that is HIPAA compliant.

    I get this not every time. From time to time. And yes, our form is HIPAA
    compliant. What do you mean by application is HIPAA compliant? Do you have
    any checks for this?
