Not receiving email notification

    We are not receiving any e-mails notifications when forms are being filled out on our website However,  they are being sent to our JotForm account ID  Would you please look into this issue?

    Hello Feti,

    Upon checking, I found that your email address is in our bounce list for following reason:

    Result: is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.1.0 <0000014173fcc2e9-3db88aaf-acd9-4a=> sender rejected. IB504 - 199.127=


    I have removed it from our bounce it and it should be working fine now. You need to take a closer look at the bounce reason and take corrective steps. Please verify if this email id is actually created in your email server.
