We are not receiving any e-mails notifications when forms are being filled out on our website www.bukesalon.com However, they are being sent to our JotForm account ID email@example.com Would you please look into this issue?

Upon checking, I found that your email address firstname.lastname@example.org is in our bounce list for following reason:
email@example.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.1.0 <0000014173fcc2e9-3db88aaf-acd9-4a=
firstname.lastname@example.org> sender rejected. IB504 - 199.127=
I have removed it from our bounce it and it should be working fine now. You need to take a closer look at the bounce reason and take corrective steps. Please verify if this email id is actually created in your email server.
