Unable to complete Infusionsoft Integration

    Hi Guys,


    I've just setup a form and i'm unable to do the infusionsoft integration.  It says unable to find user, contact admin.

    My mate just tested my IS details on his account and it was fine, so perhaps there is something strange on my account?


    Can you please take a look and check it out for me?  Thanks,

    Hi Ben,

    Kindly use another browser then make sure to remove the current integration (if it's connected) then re-integrate the form to InfusionSoft. See if that makes a difference.

    Anyway, let me also forward this thread to our developers so they can help us to checking the caused of the issue. We'll update you here for progress.
