I paid my suscription and its still saying that im out of space???

    Hello, We apologize for this inconvenience. I have tracked your payment and we have now adjusted your account to Premium. Please check. It seemed that you upgraded without logging in to your JotForm Account. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you

    I apologize for the earlier post I made please ignore it. You must cancel the Jotform Premium -monthly subscription on your Paypal account

    In order for you to cancel your Paypal Subscription:
    1. Log into your PayPal account
    2. Find the latest payment you made to us
    3. Click on your subscription number
    4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.

    We will refund the last payment you initiated. It would take 5-10 business days. For the meantime, to upgrade properly, make sure that you are logged in to your JotForm account and access your Billing page and choose Premium to upgrade.
