iWeb 09 constant issue: Contact Form

Asked by golin63 on June 16, 2011 at 06:29 PM

    Hi :)

I have a very simple contact form on a new site that I put up. The form shows fine on everything but Firefox, as far as I can tell from other. It has never had an issue on Safari on my Mac. My testers have iPhoned me screenies, but not big enough for here.

Anyways, the problem is always the same. The form submit button is cut off at the bottom, barely visible. Ive tried a ton of workarounds, none of which are working. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Bob,

This is a pretty common issue for Jotform users whose websites were created with iWeb. It is usually solved by using your form's iframe codes instead of Embed <> codes.

To get your form's iframe embed codes

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click iFrame

    4.  Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen

Let us know if this solution works for you or not.
