    Hi,

    I do not think it is possible to achieve with Jotform since it will require the use of AJAX (Asyncronous JavaScript And XML) or jQuery and Jotform does not allow any kind of scripts to be inserted in the form.

    A workaround I suggest is to use Source to insert the form in your page and modify it to display the pop up message. Please take note, however, that it would require some JavaScript skills to pull this one off.

    To get your form's source code:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click Source
    4.  Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen

    Hi jmrealty,

    You may try to embed the form using the iframe embed code. Then, add/change the target attribute inside the first <form> tag of the page inside the iframe such that it will look similar to this:

    <form target="_blank" class="jotform-form" action="http://www.jotform.com/submit.php" method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data" name="form_10691226277" id="10691226277" accept-charset="utf-8">

    Please try and let us know if it works for you or not.

    Thank you for using JotForm!
