Using your site to test my client's security.

I'm well aware of your position with preventing phishing forms from being created using JotForm; however, in my case I would like to mimic a phisher and am testing a client's security by submitting a phishing email that connects to my JotForm.

Is there any chance you could work with me to resolve my errors with having the form blocked?

    Thank you,

Just recently, our site has been flagged as "Dangerous" by an antivirus company. We've also been receiving complains about ISP's blocking our site left and right .

Of course, the main reason why these happen is because of unscrupulous individuals who use our free service in malicious online activities such as phishing. As a company, we cannot allow this to happen, that is why we have been less tolerant of forms that appear to be used for phishing.

With that in mind, I'm afraid I cannot grant your request, seeing that we do not have solid proof that you have legitimate purposes for that "test phishing form". Even if you do have proof, we cannot knowingly allow a phishing form to reside on our server.

We cannot take risks such as these. I apologize for this inconvenience but I hope you understand our position. I am sure you will be able to find a solution that is more apt to your needs.

    Hi bmonthie,

I apologize but regardless of the purpose, we cannot allow the use of JotForm for phishing purposes or any use that violates JotForm's terms of use.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
