I reached the 100mb limit on my free account so I deleted submissions. The email I received from JotForm said the account would be frozen tomorrow. Is the account status O.k. now. In other words, I do not want to have to worry about the forms not working. Please verify, if possible that the account storage status is acceptable at this time.

I just checked your account and your upload space counter is already reseted to zero so it should now be fine. If you can't see this changed, please relogin from your account.
