Edit HTML Text Area Not WorkingAsked by resslerphotography on December 17, 2013 at 01:19 AM
When I'm creating a form, the Edit HTML test area does not work. I click "complete" when I'm done typing a description in the box and it disappears. I've also tried saving it and it does the same thng.
I've tried different browsers and tried waiting over a week and it still doesn't work.
We apologize for the inconvenience. This issue has already been fixed according to our developers if the problem still persist please try to remove the old Text element and add a new one this should work fine.
Please refer to this thread http://www.jotform.com/answers/304891-Text-fields-have-become-empty-cannot-be-re-entered#4.
I am experiencing the exact same issue. Clicking complete in the html text field after changing font size or similar does not save. Upon viewing the THTML option at the top, I see a lot of symbols added to the code.
