    Form Title Text Missing

Asked by ewccadmin on December 17, 2013 at 01:59 AM

Hi. I have many forms with similar titles. They all follow the format "Rally no x, location etc". When viewing the list in the My Forms list, everything following the comma, including the comma, has disappeared from every form.

    Hi,

So basically, from the form name Rally Booking: 1 - is supposed to be Rally Booking: 1, Nevada ? Your forms are all numbered, I think that last number is 56. Isn't that the default formatting of your forms before? Screenshot:  http://take.ms/GL3ne. Please confirm and give us an example correct form title.

    Thanks

    Hi

Thanks for the reply. The forms are all numbered, as you say. So that I can quickly get to the right form to update or check submissions, I always have an additional description. Sometimes just a location, sometimes another meanigful name. An example is "Rally Booking 1, Open (informal) Forum, Stratford Upon Avon Racecourse". The default is to have an additional description.

I also just noticed that every text tool field within each form has been "de-capitalized". What's going on!?

    Thanks for the information.

Could you please let us know when this issue started happening? We experienced some issues related to form titles last week that has been already resolved. However, it could be that it affected your forms title somehow. I would recommend you to try renaming your forms and if the title is reverted back to the wrong one, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can forward this issue to our next level support.

Regarding to the Text tool, let me inform you that the issue is fixed already. Please try removing the Text field and re-add it, then enter your text in Capital letter, it should not be changed at this time. If you continue having issues with the Text feature, please open a separate thread to post your inquiry so that we can give you the proper assistance to resolve this issue.

    Thanks
