Hi. I have many forms with similar titles. They all follow the format "Rally no x, location etc". When viewing the list in the My Forms list, everything following the comma, including the comma, has disappeared from every form.

So basically, from the form name Rally Booking: 1 - is supposed to be Rally Booking: 1, Nevada ? Your forms are all numbered, I think that last number is 56. Isn't that the default formatting of your forms before? Screenshot: http://take.ms/GL3ne. Please confirm and give us an example correct form title.

Thanks for the reply. The forms are all numbered, as you say. So that I can quickly get to the right form to update or check submissions, I always have an additional description. Sometimes just a location, sometimes another meanigful name. An example is "Rally Booking 1, Open (informal) Forum, Stratford Upon Avon Racecourse". The default is to have an additional description.
I also just noticed that every text tool field within each form has been "de-capitalized". What's going on!?

Regarding to the Text tool, let me inform you that the issue is fixed already.
