I searched the Forum and found a reference in 2012 to a 'Submissions Icon' that would then allow you to determine what shows up in the submissions grid, to sort etc.

However when I log in to my account, I can't find that icon.  Is it still available?  If so, how can I get to it ?

Is it possible to adjust the column widths of the submissions grid PERMANENTLY ...?  I can change them while viewing but each time I come back, they have reverted

    Hi,

You must be referring to this icon

This actually from the old version interface of My Forms page.

If you go to your My Forms page https://www.jotform.com/myforms/ it had now been improved in a lot of ways.

To access the submissions options, click on the 'gear like' icon on the right in the form's submissions page. Please refer to the image below for guidance

You can also sort the column in ascending/descending by clicking on the column header.

The options like which field/column you want to show/hide are saved per form.

BUT the column width adjustment option is a global option, meaning it will always reset to default everytime you open any form submissions.

Hope this help. Inform us if you need more assitance.

    Thanks.
