I read on the forums that this has been fixed, but it isn't on my end. I haven't had a working form for over a week now. I really need for this to be fixed.
Can you please try re-embedding the form in your webpage using its iframe code.

I test submitted the form using its direct URL http://www.jotform.us/form/23456875281159 and was able to submit the form successfully.
Please try the iframe code and test again.
Inform us if the issue persist.
I've been working on it for an hour or so and it still doesn't work. I'm still getting the 'please wait' even when I fill it out directly on jotform.

I was able to see the Thank You page after submission.
Kindly please check again.. it does take a bit longer which I think is just due to your web page having a large form embedded.

It does seem to be working now, but part of the issue is that it briefly flashes 'there are errors on your form' before successfully submitting and displaying the Thank You page. If it was confusing to me, it will be confusing to my clients.
Although I am not able to see the brief flash "error" you mentioned, I think that could be happening because of the glitch in the multi-select widget on the form.
Refer to the image below to understand what I meant.
When submitting the form while not supplying answers for *Required fields, the Visual Multi Select widget is not validating properly.
The only workaround I can offer for now is, to either, make the widget non-required or remove it from the form and use another type of of field in place.
The regular Dropdown box field is also capable of having Multi-Select option.. you can use it instead.
I will submit a bug ticket to our higher team support so that it can be attended to.
