Jotform to stripe customer portal

Is it possible to use Jotform to create a webhook to Stripe API to create a customized URL for the user to access the stripe customer portal?

Scenerio:
1. Customer keys in email address to jotform
2. Customer receives custom email URL
3. URL links to stripe customer portal
4. Customer can cancel subscription on customer portal

Unfortunately, that is not possible. The Payment integration APIs are not available for public use due to security reasons.
