    I' am also interested in being a paying member, but do any of your plans come with over the phone technical support from a live agent?

    None of our plan come with that. In fact, we do not offer phone support. We just offer support over this forum or email

    We are planning to bring back Chat Support. But no plans for a phone support for now

    On regards to the invoice receipt. You can generate that through an autoresponder.

    You can add a Unique number (hidden field) into the form, to generate an invoice number. Please check this guide

    Add Custom Unique IDs to your Form Submissions

    Then you can customize the email body, by deleting the default template and pasting any template you might have previously done in a word document
